Greatest Cartoon Characters

Pen and Ink drawing, colored in Photoshop. This was for a magazine article about "The Greatest Cartoon Characters". The magazine gave me a list of all the characters they wanted to include and gave me free reign to come up with a setting for them so I decided to parody a pretty famous etching of Moses with the 10 commandments by Gustav Dore.
